6 tips to improve your boys birthday party

Hosting a birthday party for boys can be quite a daunting task. Bearing that in mind we have thrown together a quick list of handy tips to help make the event less of a worry.

1. Preparation is key

2.Decorate your venue

If you are going for a themed party try and get some matching decorations. There are plenty of good party stores online – with lots of bargains to be had on party decorations and accessories if you search well. Creating the right ambience at your party can make all the difference.

3.Have the food pre-prepared

If you want to free yourself for during the party prepare all food before the guests arrive. You can buy food boxes online. Get one for each guest and place the correct amount of food in each box. This will cut down on the amount of food that you have to buy and the amount of waist.

4.Buy cartoned drinks

Avoid costly spillage by only serving cartoned drinks to your guests. This tip is especially helpful when you are hosting the party at your house and you wish to avoid damage to your carpets and furnishings.

5.Remember the cake

We have heard many a story of the party host who was so busy with their guests that the actually forgot to get out the birthday cake they had spent days preparing. Try and sing happy birthday and cut the cake at least 15 minutes before the end of your party. This will give you time to wrap the cake and put it in the party bags.
