- Send the invites for your
party out 14 days in advance (preferably 21
days)
- Prepare any food for guests
in advance of the party
- Buy cartoned drinks to avoid
spillages
- Give your venue an authentic
pirate feel with pirate themed decor and music
- Keep an area clear for the
fun and party games
- Prepare name tags for your
guests ( handwritten on sticky labels is fine)
- Keep a supply of cartoned
drinks handy for a quick refreshment break
- Keep an extra pack of sweets
handy as prizes
